2025 Chengdu?成都世运会比赛项目门票什么时候可以购买？

The sale of tickets for the TWG 2025 

Chengdu sports is divided into two 

phases: advance booking and official 

sale. The first round of advance 

booking of tickets started at 15:00, 

April 29, 2025（Beijing Time), the 

second round of advance booking of 

tickets started at 16:00, May 15, 2025 

(Beijing Time), and the third round 

of advance booking of tickets started 

at 16:00, June 10, 2025 (Beijing Time). 

The official sale is expected to be 

launched in late June.

成都世运会比赛项目门票分为预订申请和正式销售两个阶段。首轮门票、第二轮门票预订申请分别已于北京时间2025年4月29日15时、5月15日16时开启，第三轮门票预订申请于北京时间2025年6月10日16时开启，计划将于6月底正式开启门票销售。

此次第三轮开放的门票预订申请项目较前两轮有哪些新增？

Compared with the previous two 

rounds, the third-round of ticket-

booking makes 14 matches of 3 

disciplines under 2 sports available 

to the audience. The two sports are 

Powerlifting and Korfball.

第三轮竞赛项目门票预订申请较前两轮新开放了2个大项（包含力量举、荷球），3个分项，14个场次。

Q4  Does ticket-booking application 

adopt the real-name system?

门票预订申请要求实名制吗？

All tickets for the Games must be 

reserved using real names. The 

purchasers need to provide their real-

name-based details, including but not 

limited to name, type of ID and ID 

number, to tie each ticket with the 

information of its holder.

成都世运会所有门票预订申请都须实名制。需提供购票人实名信息，包括但不限于姓名、身份证件类型和身份证件号码，完成门票持票人信息绑定。

Q5  Can we apply to book tickets for 

other people? Is there a cap on the 

number of tickets one individual 

can apply to book?

可以为他人预订申请吗？预订申请的门票数量有什么限制？

It is allowed to reserve tickets for 

others. However, please do make sure 

that the accurate identity details of 

the ticket holders are put in. One 

valid ID card gets one ticket to the 

same match. One single account is 

allowed to purchase no more than six 

tickets to the same match. (Among 

the holders of the six tickets there 

must be at least one adult.)

您可以为他人预订申请门票，但须准确填写观赛人身份信息。1张有效证件只能预订同一场次1张门票。单个账号单场次体育比赛限定购买6张门票（观赛人中需至少包含一名18周岁以上的成年人）。

Q6  Are children's tickets open for 

advance booking?

可以预订申请儿童票吗？

Children under 6 years of age on the 

date of the match can be admitted 

with valid identity documents. 

However, each child must share a 

seat with his/her guardian (every adult 

ticket-holder is allowed entry with a 

child under 6 years of age). Children 

aged above 6 on the date of the match 

are permitted access on condition of 

being in the company of their guardian.

在比赛当日未满6周岁的儿童可凭有效证件免票入场，但需与监护人共用一个座席（每名成年持票人可携带一名6岁以下儿童入场）；在比赛当日已满6周岁的儿童需凭门票并由监护人陪同入场。

Q7  How can we confirm that a 

ticket-booking application is 

successful? 

如何确认门票是否预订申请成功？

When a ticket-booking application is 

accepted and approved, the applicant 

will receive an SMS or email 

confirming it.

观众预订申请成功后将收到预订成功确认短信或邮件通知。

Q8 When can the payment be made 

after a successful booking?

预订申请成功后什么时候可以付款？

A priority purchase period will be set 

aside for the spectators who managed 

to book tickets prior to the 

commencement date for official sale. 

In order to ensure the ticket-holders 

whose booking applications are 

granted have sufficient time to make 

payments, the priority purchase time 

will be publicized at the official 

ticketing platforms including the 

official website of the Games ( www.

theworldgames2025.com ), the 

official WeChat account (TWG 2025 

Chengdu Ticketing System), Ali-pay 

Mini-Program (TWG 2025 Chengdu 

Ticketing System), Chengdu 2025 

App, etc.

将在正式门票发售日之前为预订申请成功的观众设置“优先购买期”。届时将提前在成都世运会官方网站（www.theworldgames2025.com）、官方票务微信公众号（成都世运会票务系统）、支付宝小程序（成都世运会票务系统）、世运通APP（中文：世运通；英文：Chengdu2025）等官方票务平台上发布优先付款时间，确保预订申请成功的观众有充足时间完成支付。

Q9  Are tickets booked in advance 

refundable?

预订申请的门票可以退吗？

In the phase of ticket-booking 

application, the tickets booked in 

advance for TWG 2025 Chengdu are 

refundable, but only in the form of 

full-refund for the whole order. That 

is to say, if you book more than one 

ticket in one order, you either get 

refunded for all the tickets ordered 

or you get none.

在门票预订申请阶段，您预订的成都世运会门票是可以退的，但仅支持整单整退（即一个订单下有多张票，无法单张退，仅支持整单中所有门票全退）。

Q10  How can the tickets booked in 

advance be canceled?

如何取消门票预订申请？

If you need to withdraw a ticket-

booking application, please work the 

official ticket-booking platform, find 

"cancel" on the page of "order 

management" or "my booking", and 

follow the instructions step by step. 

Should any questions arise regarding 

the operation, you are advised to 

contact the platforms' customer 

service for help.

Q11  Can the priority purchase 

right be transferred?

预订的优先购票资格可以转让吗？

In accordance with the ticketing rules 

of TWG 2025 Chengdu, there is no 

need to make payment in the phase 

of ticket-booking application, and the 

priority purchase right can not be 

transferred to others.

根据成都世运会票务规则，预订申请阶段无需付款，预订的优先购票资格不支持转赠或转让。
