On the occasion of the 50th anniversary 

of the establishment of diplomatic 

relations between Thailand and China, to 

strengthen economic and trade ties with 

Thailand, give full play to resource 

advantages, and deepen cooperation, on 

the afternoon of May 22, the "Meet in 

Wenjiang · Wenjiang District General 

Chamber of Commerce—Sichuan Guild 

Hall in Thailand (Thai-Sichuan-

Chongqing Chamber of Commerce) 

Cooperation Sharing Meeting was held 

at the first phase of Agricultural High-

tech Innovation Center. This event was 

hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of 

Chengdu Wenjiang District People's 

Government, Wenjiang District 

Federation of Industry and Commerce, 

and Sichuan Guild Hall in Thailand 

(Thai-Sichuan-Chongqing Chamber of 

Commerce). On the site, a platform for 

enterprise exchange, cooperation, and 

matchmaking was established, and 

green food enterprises from Wenjiang 

and food (trade) enterprises from 

Thailand were invited to have in-depth 

exchanges and seek cooperation and 

common development.

在中泰建交50周年之际，为进一步加强对泰经贸，发挥资源优势，深入推进合作，5月22日下午，由区外事办、区工商联、泰国四川会馆（泰国川渝总商会）主办的域见·温江区总商会——泰国四川会馆（泰国川渝总商会）合作共享会在农高创新中心一期举行，现场搭建企业交流合作对接平台，邀请温江绿色食品企业、泰国食品（贸易）意向企业深入交流，共话合作、共谋发展。

"When the sour and spicy taste of Tom 

Yum Goong meets the spicy taste of 

Sichuan cuisine, it is not only a collision 

of taste buds but also a resonance of 

the industrial chain." At this sharing 

meeting, representatives from Wenjiang 

District promoted the green food 

industry. They sent "invitation letters" 

to members of the Thai Chamber 

of Commerce and food (trading) 

enterprises. In recent years, Wenjiang 

has accelerated the construction of a 

"3+6" modern industrial system, 

optimized and advanced the green food 

sector, and placed importance on ready-

to-cook condiments, leisure instant food, 

refined beverages, and functional food. 

With these efforts, it aims to establish 

itself as a well-known green food 

industry hub in western China. Up to 

now, Wenjiang has gathered more than 

200 enterprises in the green food sector.

“当冬阴功的酸辣邂逅川菜的麻辣，这不仅是味蕾的碰撞，更是产业链的共鸣。”在此次共享会上，温江区作了绿色食品产业推介，向泰国商会机构及食品（贸易）企业发出“邀请函”。近年来，温江加快构建“3+6”现代化产业体系，加速聚优培强绿色食品产业，着力发展预制菜调味品、休闲方便食品、精制饮料、功能食品，打造西部知名的绿色食品产业高地，目前已集聚绿色食品企业200余家。

exceptional convenience. This has 

attracted a growing number of 

enterprises to expand into the Thai 

market."

Xie Hui, President of the Sichuan Guild 

Hall in Thailand (Thai-Sichuan-

Chongqing Chamber of Commerce), 

highlighted Wenjiang's distinct 

advantages in green food production. He 

noted that this event has established a 

collaborative platform for enterprise 

partnerships. The two sides will 

leverage the resource network to 

facilitate Thai investment missions to 

Wenjiang while empowering local 

green food producers to access global 

markets through strategic international 

expansion.

泰国四川会馆（泰国川渝总商会）会长谢晖表示，温江绿色食品产业优势明显，本次活动搭建起企业之间交流合作的对接平台，将充分发挥资源优势，链接更多泰方资源考察和投资温江，同时助力温江更多绿色食品企业“走出去”拓市场。

Kasikorn Bank is a leading Thai 

financial institution. Since its 

establishment in 2013, the Chengdu 

Branch of Kasikorn Bank has 

proactively facilitated the overseas 

expansion of Chinese enterprises into 

Thailand and other Southeast Asian 

markets. At the site, Xiao Yao, Vice 

President of Kasikorn Bank's Chengdu 

Branch, stated that as the sole Thai-

funded financial institution in Sichuan, 

the Chengdu Branch of Kasikorn Bank 

will leverage its strengths to facilitate 

agricultural product trade between 

Sichuan and Thailand. The bank will 

also offer services such as consultation, 

settlement, and financing solutions to 

Sichuan-based enterprises seeking to 

invest in and establish manufacturing 

facilities in Thailand.

开泰银行是泰国知名大型银行，开泰银行成都分行自2013年成立以来，积极致力于推动中国企业出海到泰国等东南亚国家。现场，开泰银行成都分行副行长肖尧表示，开泰银行作为四川唯一的泰资银行，将积极发挥自身优势，促进四川与泰国在农产品等方面的进出口贸易，同时也为四川企业到泰国投资设厂提供咨询、结算和融资等方面的便利。

During the exchange, Yang Songlin, 

Head of the Marketing Department of 

Chengdu Yangming Food Co., Ltd., 

listened carefully and talked sincerely. 

He said that the four categories of 

products produced by the company, 

namely hot pot condiment, bean paste 

sauce, compound seasoning, and sweet 

noodle sauce, are very suitable for sales 

in the Southeast Asia market. This time, 

he came close to Thai enterprises, 

expecting to reach potential customers 

and expand overseas.

在交流环节，成都扬名食品有限公司行销部负责人杨松林听得认真、谈得诚恳，他表示，企业生产的火锅底料、豆瓣酱料、复合调味料、甜面酱等四大类产品，非常适合在东南亚市场销售，这次近距离接触泰方企业，有望进一步挖掘潜在客户、拓展海外市场。

specializing in condiment R&D, 

production, and distribution, has long 

planned to expand into the Southeast 

Asian market. Zhang Yi, the company's 

General Manager, revealed that several 

Thai food (trading) enterprises 

participating in the event showed keen 

interest in their condiment products. 

"We will proactively enhance business 

alignment and pursue collaborative 

opportunities."

事实上，从事调味品研发、生产、销售的成都蓝新科技有限公司早就打算进军东南亚市场，企业总经理张毅告诉记者，这次与会的一些泰国食品（贸易）企业对食品调味料产品十分有兴趣，“我们将积极加强对接、力争达成合作。”

Goong and Wenjiang's spicy hotpot." 

ALL NORTH CO., LTD., a renowned 

international restaurant brand from 

Thailand's Chiang Rai Province, is 

developing Chinese dishes. Mr. Boonkit 

Gongtunluk, Director and General 

Manager of the company, expressed 

aspirations for cross-regional 

collaboration to enhance product market 

penetration for enterprises from both 

regions.

“希望泰国的冬阴功和温江的麻辣火锅能碰撞出不一样的火花。”作为泰国清莱府知名餐饮品牌，泰国北部餐饮有限公司（ALL NORTH CO.,LTD）是一家国际连锁餐厅，正计划开发中式菜品，公司董事、总经理布恩吉特·功通禄表示，希望两地互通往来，携手提升双方企业的产品市场占有率。

To strengthen friendly exchanges and 

facilitate win-win cooperation among 

member enterprises, Wenjiang District 

General Chamber of Commerce signed 

a Memorandum of Friendship and 

Cooperative Partnership with Sichuan 

Guild Hall in Thailand (Thai-Sichuan-

Chongqing Chamber of Commerce) 

during the event. Moving forward, 

both parties will organize diversified 

exchange initiatives to establish a 

cooperation platform, enabling 

enterprises to share development 

opportunities and achieve mutual 

success. Concurrently, the establishment 

of the Green Food Industry Committee 

under the Chengdu Wenjiang District 

Federation of Industry and Commerce 

(Wenjiang District General Chamber 

of Commerce) signifies that chamber 

enterprises will actively engage in the 

development of the "3+6" modern 

industrial system. Through industrial 

collaboration, strategic coordination, 

and market expansion, the committee 

will enhance collective efforts and 

continuously attract premium enterprises 

within the sector to join the chamber.

为了加强友好往来，推动会员企业双向合作共赢，现场，温江区总商会与泰国四川会馆（泰国川渝总商会）签订了《友好合作关系备忘录》，接下来，双方将通过开展多种形式的交流活动，共同搭建交流合作平台，推动广大企业共享机遇、合作共赢。同时，温江区工商联（总商会）绿色食品产业小组成立，标志着商会企业将紧紧围绕“3+6”现代化产业体系建设，以产共兴，以产共谋，以产共拓，既协同发力，又持续招引更多同产业优质企业加入商会。

Prior to the meeting, representatives 

from Thai chambers of commerce and 

enterprises conducted field visits to 

CSA Youth Community, Chuannongniu 

Science and Technology Innovation 

Farm, Sichuan Zhuohao Agriculture 

Co., Ltd., and Agricultural High-tech 

Innovation Center (phase I), gaining 

comprehensive insights into Wenjiang's 

advancements in modern urban 

agriculture and green food industries. 

It is worth mentioning that during the 

inspection at CSA Youth Community, 

Dr. Thirava Wengwolata, Director and 

General Manager of TCGreen 

(Thailand) Co., Ltd., expressed strong 

cooperation intent after tasting garlic 

coffee: "We anticipate establishing 

collaboration with Wenjiang enterprises 

through garlic coffee-focused 

partnerships, aiming to introduce this 

distinctive Wenjiang product to Thai 

markets."

会前，泰方商会、企业人员还前往榜样青年CSA社区、川农牛科创农庄、四川卓豪农业有限公司、农高创新中心（一期）考察，了解温江现代都市农业、绿色食品产业等发展情况。值得一提的是，在榜样青年CSA社区考察期间，泰国泰绿食品有限公司（TCGreen co.,ltd ）董事、总经理提拉瓦·瓮沃拉塔（博士）在品尝了大蒜咖啡后表达了强烈的合作意愿，“期待我们公司能够聚焦大蒜咖啡与温江企业达成合作，希望能够把具有温江特色的大蒜咖啡推广到泰国去。”

In recent years, Wenjiang has 

invigorated its development by 

deepening open cooperation, focusing 

on three key initiatives: establishing 

efficient "open networks" to strengthen 

domestic connectivity and international 

linkages, cultivating a robust "open 

economy" to upgrade industrial 

development tiers, and continuously 

fueling momentum for high-quality 

development.

近年来，温江以深化开放合作增添发展活力，着力建好“开放通道”增强内畅外联水平，做实“开放经济”增强产业发展能级，持续做强高质量发展的动力。

This is the third flagship event 

organized by the Foreign Affairs Office 

of Chengdu Wenjiang District People's 

Government this year under its 

international exchange brand "Meet in 

Wenjiang." An official from the Foreign 

Affairs Office stated that the district 

will leverage its "Meet in Wenjiang" 

diplomatic brand to establish 

international cooperation platforms, 

assist local enterprises in expanding 

their business contacts, continuously 

propel more "made-in-Wenjiang" 

products into global markets, and 

contribute significantly to enhancing 

high-standard openness while 

invigorating regional development 

momentum.

这是今年区外事办依托“域见”工作品牌开展的第三场主线活动。区外事办相关负责人表示，将依托“域见”外事工作品牌搭建对外合作交流平台，助力温江企业扩大合作的“朋友圈”，推持续动更多“温江造”出海，为温江扩大高水平对外开放、激发区域发展活力作出更大贡献。
