On January 24, Wang Yi, Member 

of the Political Bureau of the 

Communist Party of China (CPC) 

Central Committee and Minister of 

Foreign Affairs, hosted the New 

Year Reception 2025 of the Ministry 

of Foreign Affairs at Beijing 

Performing Arts Center. Yin Li, 

Member of the Political Bureau of 

the CPC Central Committee and 

Secretary of the CPC Beijing 

Municipal Committee, along with 

diplomatic envoys (and their 

spouses), representatives of 

international organizations in 

China (and their spouses), and 

representatives from Chinese 

government departments, attended 

the event, with approximately 400 

guests present.

1月24日，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅在北京艺术中心举行外交部2025年新年招待会。中共中央政治局委员、北京市委书记尹力、各国驻华使节和国际组织驻华代表夫妇、中方有关部门代表等约400人出席。

Wang Yi stated that the year 2025 

is of great historic significance as 

China will celebrate the 80th 

anniversary of the victory of the 

Chinese People’s War of Resistance 

Against Japanese Aggression and 

the World Anti-Fascist War, as 

well as the 80th anniversary of the 

founding of the United Nations. 

All countries in the world should 

jointly safeguard global peace and 

tranquility, support the world’s 

economic recovery, advocate 

genuine multilateralism, and 

promote mutual learning among 

civilizations. At a crucial juncture 

in the evolution of human history, 

China will work with all countries 

to bear in mind the well-being of 

the entire world, rise above 

estrangement and conflict, promote 

friendship and cooperation, 

enhance mutual learning among 

different cultures, and build a 

community with a shared future for 

mankind, thus jointly creating a 

better future for the world.

王毅表示，2025年是一个极具历史分量的年份，我们将迎来中国人民抗日战争和世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年，也将迎来联合国成立80周年。我们要共同守护世界的和平安宁，共同助力全球的经济复苏，共同倡导真正的多边主义，共同促进文明的和谐互鉴。在人类历史演进的重要关头，中国愿同各国一道，胸怀全球福祉，超越隔阂冲突，做友好合作的践行者、文明互鉴的推动者、人类命运共同体的建设者，携手为建设一个更加美好的世界付出不懈努力。

On the evening of January 19, the 

Social Work Department of the 

District Committee, the District 

Civilization Office, the District 

Integrated Media Center, the 

District Foreign Affairs Office, 

and Liucheng Sub-district 

collectively hosted the "Welcome 

to Wenjiang—'Wenjiang, A Warm 

Family' New Year Dinner Party" 

at Neighboring Hub·City Hall 1. 

This heartwarming event brought 

together representatives from 

various industries in Wenjiang and 

expressed gratitude and recognition 

for their hard work and dedication.

1月19日晚，区委社会工作部、区文明办、区融媒体中心、区外事办、柳城街道共同在亲邻坊·城市1号馆举办“来了就是温江人—温江一家亲 新春年夜饭”，邀请奋斗在温江的各行各业代表共赴暖心年夜饭、共享幸福团圆年，向他们道一声“辛苦”，说一声“感谢”。

On the event day, over 20 invited 

citizen representatives arrived early 

at Neighboring Hub·City Hall 1. 

Gathered around the table, they 

followed the guidance of 

community talents and crafted 

beautiful and auspicious window 

decorations from red paper, 

embracing the unique charm of 

traditional culture.
