"The World is Vast, My Home is 

Beautiful" - 2024 "Getting Close to 

Nature" International Children's Art 

Tour is co-hosted by the FAO 

Representation in China, CNENews 

Photography Society, and the 

Organizing Committee of China 

Children's Art International Tour 

Exhibition. This exhibition showcases 

over 450 children's artworks, 

carefully selected from more than 

5,000 submissions. These pieces 

originate from 18 countries including 

China, the United States, the United 

Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Italy, 

Japan, Sweden, Norway, India, Nepal, 

Luxembourg, Canada, New Zealand, 

Australia, Sri Lanka, the Dominican 

Republic, and Egypt. Through their 

brushes, the young artists depict a 

kaleidoscope of ecosystems, with 

vivid creatures leaping off the pages, 

brimming with innocence and 

imagination. These works embody 

the global children's understanding 

and appreciation of nature 

conservation and biodiversity.

“世界那么大 美丽我的家”——2024“走近原生态”儿童画国际巡展是由联合国粮农组织驻华代表处、中国晚报摄影学会、中国儿童画国际巡展组委会共同主办。此次展出的450多幅儿童绘画作品，从5000多幅投稿作品中选拔出来的，作品来自中国、美国、英国、德国、俄罗斯、意大利、日本、瑞典、挪威、印度、尼泊尔、卢森堡、加拿大、新西兰、澳大利亚、斯里兰卡、多米尼加、埃及18个国家。各国儿童用画笔描绘出多彩的生态环境、栩栩如生的万物跃然纸上，充满童真和想象，展现了世界各地儿童对原生态保护的理解。

The "Getting Close to Nature" 

International Children's Art Tour 

aims to associate ecological 

conservation, restoration, and the 

prevention of biodiversity loss with 

children, emphasizing the significant 

impact of children's choices on future 

ecosystems. It also creates 

opportunities for children to engage 

in globally relevant issues, allowing 

them to express their innocent 

thoughts and feelings to the world 

through art. Within this colorful 

realm, they transcend spatial 

boundaries for communication, 

comprehend diversified cultures, 

recognize their relationship with 

the self and the universe, sense 

responsibilities, and enhance 

friendships among children 

internationally.

“走近原生态”儿童画国际巡展旨在将生态保护、生态恢复、阻止生物多样性丧失与儿童联系在一起，强调儿童的选择对未来生态系统的重要影响。同时为孩子们创造机会，参与全球关注的议题，让孩子们通过绘画向世界表达纯真的想法和感受，在充满色彩的世界里，超越空间交流，理解多元文化，认知自我与世界的关系，感知责任，增进各国儿童间的友谊。

"The World is Vast, My Home is 

Beautiful" International Children's 

Art Tour is an internationally 

influential public welfare event. Since

2017, it has consecutively held nine 

editions, each with a distinct theme. 

Announcements soliciting artwork 

have been issued in multiple 

languages worldwide, attracting 

creations from adolescents and 

children across various nations.

“世界那么大 美丽我的家”儿童画国际巡展，是一项具有国际影响力的公益活动。自2017年以来，画展已连续举办了九届，每届主题不同、通过多种语言在海内在发布征稿启事，作品来自不同国家的少年儿童。

Up to now, the exhibition has hosted 

dozens of touring events in countries 

such as China, the Netherlands, Italy, 

the United States, Russia, South 

Korea, and Egypt. Each year, a 

themed charity song for the exhibition

is created, combining children's 

paintings with various art forms 

including intangible cultural heritage. 

It also initiates a series of public 

welfare activities titled "Hand in 

Hand Painting, Warming Children's 

Hearts," aimed at poverty alleviation 

and assisting disabled children. To

date, more than a million children 

and families have participated in the 

series of charitable activities held 

alongside the exhibition.

目前画展已在中国、荷兰、意大利、美国、俄罗斯、韩国、埃及等国家，举办了几十场巡展活动。每年创作画展主题公益歌曲，将儿童画与非遗等多种艺术形式相结合、并开展“手拉手绘画温暖童心”扶贫、助残系列公益活动，到目前为止，已有超过百万儿童和家庭参与了画展系列公益活动。

The International Children's Art Tour 

strives to create opportunities for 

children to engage with globally 

significant issues, allowing them to 

express their pure thoughts and 

emotions to the world through art. 

Amidst a world full of colors, they 

surpass spatial boundaries in 

communication, grasp the essence of 

diverse cultures, comprehend their 

relationship with the self and the 

global community, and sensitize 

themselves to responsibilities.

儿童画国际巡展努力为孩子们创造机会，参与全球关注的议题，让孩子们通过绘画向世界表达纯真的想法和感受，在充满色彩的世界里，超越空间交流，理解多元文化，认知自我与世界的关系，感知责任。
