launch of the Short Video Contest for 

Expatriates in Chengdu.

life in Wenjiang and Chengdu. Join us

近日，小编从成都市人民政府外事办公室获悉，在蓉外籍人士短视频大赛活动正式启动了。

本次活动的主题为：我在成都的幸福生活。

作品征集时间为：7月11日至9月6日。

在温江学习、生活、工作的各位外籍朋友，诚邀您拿起手中的镜头，以短视频作品为载体，记录在温江、在成都的幸福生活，一起参与本次活动吧！

studying, exploring, traveling, or living

First Prize: 1 winner, with an honorary 

certificate and a prize worth 3,000 RMB.

Second Prize: 2 winners, each with an 

honorary certificate and a prize worth 

2,000 RMB.

Third Prize: 3 winners, each with an 

honorary certificate and a prize worth 

1,000 RMB.

Excellence Award: 10 winners, each 

with an honorary certificate and a prize 

worth 500 RMB.

Additionally, outstanding winning 

entries will have the opportunity to be 

showcased in video exhibition areas 

during Chengdu's foreign affairs events 

and featured on various social media 

platforms, including WeChat public 

accounts, WeChat Channels, Douyin, 

and X account, both domestically and 

internationally, ensuring that your story 

in Chengdu reaches a wider audience!

一等奖1名，颁发荣誉证书及价值3000元的精美奖品；

二等奖2名，颁发荣誉证书及价值2000元的精美奖品；

三等奖3名，颁发荣誉证书及价值1000元的精美奖品；

优秀奖10名，颁发荣誉证书及价值500元的精美奖品。

同时，优秀作品还将有机会在成都外事活动中设置视频播放区，展示获奖作品，并在相关微信公众号、视频号、抖音号、X账号等国内外媒体平台展示，让您在成都的故事被更多人看见！

The content should be positive and 

uplifting, including but not limited to 

stories and moments related to work, 

life, study, leisure, and friendships in 

Chengdu. Additionally, your style can 

be humorous, warm, inspirational, or 

documentary; there are no restrictions 

on the genre. The title is at your 

discretion, but the work must be 

original. Any copyright disputes 

arising from the submission will be 

the sole responsibility of the entrant, 

and the organizer will not be liable 

for any infringement or compensation 

claims.Video length should be within 3 

minutes, in MP4 or MOV format; clear 

resolution, not lower than 1280*720; 

no watermarks; must include Chinese 

or English subtitles.Participants grant 

the organizer of the "My Happy Life 

in Chengdu" Short Video Contest the 

right to use their works and authorize 

the organizer to have the rights to the 

content (includingtext, images, videos, 

audio, etc.), including but not limited

to translation, adaptation, compilation, 

and editing. During the contest 

evaluation period and after its 

conclusion, participants agree that the 

organizer may publish the works on 

various media accounts, indicating that 

the works are entries for this contest, 

for promotional and publicity purposes.

内容积极向上，包括但不限于记录在蓉工作、生活、学习、休闲、交友等方面的故事和瞬间。同时，无论你是搞笑、温馨、励志，或是纪录片风格，不限题材，题目自拟，但一定要原创。因作品版权引起的纠纷，由作品报名方负责全部侵权责任及损失赔偿责任，与活动主办方无关。

视频时长3分钟以内，MP4或MOV格式；画质清晰，分辨率不低于1280*720；不添加任何水印标记等；需配有中文或英文字幕。

参赛人员授权“我在成都的幸福生活”短视频大赛主办方对作品享有使用权，并授予大赛主办方对作品内容（文字、图片、视频、音频等）拥有包括但不限于翻译、改编、汇编、剪辑等权利。大赛评选期间以及结束后，同意大赛主办方在标注作品为此次参赛作品的前提下，将作品发布至各大媒体账号，以供大赛宣传推广使用。
