The opening ceremony adopted a "cloud 

link" method, and nine schools in 

Wenjiang District conducted cloud-based 

interconnectivity with representatives of 

Corinthian Community Primary School 

in Liverpool, the UK, St. Patrick's English 

School in Barcelona, Spain, the Singapore 

Institute of Management, and the 

Handicraft Association of Rügen Region-

Stralsund, Germany. Under the witness 

of teachers and students from both sides, 

they officially signed a memorandum of 

friendly cooperation. They will facilitate 

comprehensive cooperation in areas such 

as education and teaching, scientific 

research cooperation and student and 

teacher exchanges, enhance international 

understanding of primary and secondary 

school students, cultivate international 

talents for the new era, and accelerate the 

exchange and mutual learning between 

Chinese and foreign civilizations.

此次开幕式采用“云链接”方式，温江区9所学校与英国利物浦市哥林多社区小学、西班牙巴塞罗那市圣帕特里克英语学校、新加坡管理学院及德国吕根大区—施特拉尔松德手工业协会代表实现云端互联，在双方师生共同见证下正式签署了友好合作备忘录，将持续在教育教学、科研合作、师生交流等领域开展全方位合作，提升中小学生国际理解力，培养新时代国际化人才，加快推进中外文明交流互鉴。

At the event site, schools in Wenjiang 

District also set up special exhibition 

areas such as those for Chinese 

calligraphy and painting, intangible 

cultural heritage elements, etc. Over 

110 teachers and students from Liaoyuan 

Vocational & Technical School of 

Wenjiang, Chengdu, Qingfeng Street 

Primary School Wenjiang District, 

Wenjiang Guanghua Experimental 

Primary School and Wenjiang Middle 

School brought Sichuan opera, folk 

music ensembles, and other traditional 

Chinese cultural performances, fully 

showcasing the cultural characteristics 

of Wenjiang's intangible heritage and 

presenting the achievements of cultural 

exchanges and mutual learning 

between China and other countries.

活动现场，温江区各学校现场还设置了中国书画、非遗元素等特色展示区域。来自燎原职业技术学校、庆丰街小学校、光华实验小学校、温江中学的110余名师生带来了川剧、民乐合奏等中国传统文化展演活动，充分展示温江非遗文化特色，呈现中外文化交流互鉴成果。

Dreams in Wenjiang" 2024 Wenjiang 

District Youth Cultural Exchange Month 

was officially launched amid rounds of 

applause. Subsequently, an on-site themed 

dialogue event titled "International 

Understanding, Beauty in Diversity" was 

held. Principals from Wenjiang Guanghua 

Experimental Middle School, Liaoyuan 

Vocational & Technical School of 

Wenjiang, Chengdu, Wenjiang District 

East Street Second Primary School and 

the Junior High Department of Léman 

International School Chengdu exchanged 

views and shared experiences on how to 

conduct international educational 

cooperation and exchanges.

温江师生带来的优美灵动的舞曲节目，将现场气氛推向了高潮，“融通世界，筑梦温江”温江区2024年青少年文化交流月在阵阵掌声中正式启动。随后，现场同步举行了“国际理解，美美与共”主题对话活动，光华实验中学、燎原职业技术学校、东大街第二小学、成都乐盟外籍人员子女学校初中部校长分别围绕如何开展国际教育合作与交流等方面进行对话探讨、经验分享。

Cultural Exchange Week" and "One-to-

Many Cultural Exchange Month" events 

began in 2023, Wenjiang District has 

achieved significant results in promoting 

international understanding and cross-

cultural exchanges. The current Sino-

Foreign Youth Cultural Exchange Month 

event will continue until June 18. In 

addition to the opening and closing 

ceremonies, a series of rich cultural 

exchange activities will be held, including 

Sino-European poetry and painting, Sino-

German music experience, and an 

international market.

据悉，自2023年“一对一文化交流周”和“一对多文化交流月”活动举办以来，温江区在促进国际理解与跨文化交流方面成效显著，本次中外青少年文化交流月活动将持续到6月18日，除开幕式和闭幕式以外，还将举行中欧诗歌绘画、中德音乐体验、国际市集等一系列丰富多彩的文化交流活动。

Next, Wenjiang District will continue to 

boost international cooperation and 

exchange, carry out Sino-Foreign Youth 

Cultural Exchange Month activities, 

promote the sharing of educational 

resources and cultural exchanges and 

mutual learning, enhance urban 

exchanges through educational and 

cultural interactions, and continuously 

improve enhance the city's 

internationalization level and external 

influence.

下一步，温江区将继续深化国际合作与交流，开展中外青少年文化交流月活动，推动教育资源共享、文化交流互鉴，以教育交流、文化交流促进城市交流，不断提升城市国际化水平和对外影响力。
