On May 12, hosted by the Foreign 

Affairs Office of Wenjiang District, the 

activity of "Wenjiang, A Warm Family · 

Meet at Chinese Corner" was held in 

the international community of College 

Town in Liucheng Sub-district. The 

theme of this activity was "China's 

Wushu Culture Experience". Coaches 

from Hanbin Wushu Club in Wenjiang 

District taught participants basic 

movements. More than 10 foreigners 

who lived, worked and studied in 

Wenjiang District experienced China's 

Wushu culture.

5月12日，由区外事办主办的“温江一家亲·‘域见’汉语角”活动在柳城街道的大学城国际化社区举行。本次活动交流主题为“中国武术文化体验”，由温江区汉斌武馆的教练教授武术基本动作，在温生活、工作、留学的10余名外籍人士体验了中国武术文化。

Coaches taught holding fist salute, basic 

gestures of fist and palm, and basic 

stances such as horse stance, bow 

stance and empty stance. They 

meticulously explained the key and 

difficult points of basic movements in a 

strong learning atmosphere. With great 

interest in Chinese Wushu, participants 

said that it was a very interesting 

experience to learn about and admire 

China's traditional Wushu culture at 

close range.

教练现场教授了中国武术的抱拳礼，拳、掌基本手型以及马步、弓步、虚步等武术基本步型，并针对基本动作的重难点进行了细致教学，现场氛围浓厚。大家对中国武术产生了浓厚的兴趣，纷纷表示这是一次非常有趣的体验，近距离地感受和了解中国武术传统文化。

"Today's exercise was so fun!" Rehamn 

Haris, a student at Chengdu University 

of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said 

that he had learned about China's 

traditional Wushu culture through films 

before, and he was a fan of some Wushu 

film actors. He also said that it was a 

rewarding experience to learn basic 

Wushu movements at close range.

“今天的练习太有趣了！”成都中医药大学在读学生Rehamn haris表示，他此前就通过电影了解过中国武术传统文化，也有喜欢的武打明星，这次能够近距离学习武术的基本动作，收获很多。

"I really enjoyed the learning process." 

Sunil Suwal, a student at Southwestern 

University of Finance and Economics, 

said that Chinese Wushu are part of 

traditional Chinese culture, and learning 

Wushu has added a lot of fun to the 

process of learning about traditional 

Chinese culture.

“非常享受学习的过程。”西南财经大学在读学生Sunil Suwal则表示，中国武术是中国传统文化的一部分，学习武术为了解中国传统文化增加了不少乐趣。

Wushu is a treasure in traditional 

Chinese culture, which has a long 

history and rich cultural connotations. 

The relevant person in charge of the 

activity said that through the teaching 

of basic Wushu movements, this activity 

disseminated China's traditional Wushu 

culture, further deepened foreigners' 

understanding of Chinese Wushu, and 

indulged them in the charm of China's 

excellent traditional culture.

武术是中国传统文化中的瑰宝，有着悠久的历史和丰富的文化内涵。活动有关负责人表示，本次活动通过武术基本动作的教学，积极传播中国武术传统文化，进一步加深外籍人士对中国武术的了解，感受中国优秀传统文化的魅力。

As an exchange platform for foreigners 

in Wenjiang to learn Chinese, this 

activity will carry out various cultural 

exchanges for Chinese and foreign 

residents to publicize Wenjiang's heart-

warming, open and world-oriented 

image. In this way, local foreigners can 

learn about, blend into and bond with 

Wenjiang from basic necessities of life 

to traditional culture and then to 

characteristic industries through 

exchanges and sharing.

据了解，“温江一家亲·‘域见’汉语角”是在温外籍人士汉语学习的一个交流平台，将通过开展各类中外市民文化交流活动，把温江的温暖、开放、国际化带给在温外籍人士，让他们在交流分享中，从简单的衣食住行到传统文化再到特色产业，了解温江，融入温江、爱上温江。
