On April 24, Wang Jun, Deputy Secretary 

of the CPC Committee of Wenjiang District 

and Head of Wenjiang District, met with 

Vincent Chauvet, Mayor of Autun in France, 

and his delegation.

4月24日，区委副书记、区长王军会见法国欧坦市市长文森·杜威一行。

Wang Jun extended a warm welcome to 

Mayor Vincent Chauvet and his delegation 

for their visit to Wenjiang District. He briefed 

them on the local economic and social 

development and the Golden Wenjiang Expo 

Park of the International Horticultural 

Exhibition 2024 Chengdu. He said that since 

Wenjiang and Autun officially established 

friendly cooperative relations in November 

last year, the two sides have maintained close 

exchanges and enhanced their traditional 

friendship based on education and youth 

exchanges. This year marks the 60th 

anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic 

relations between China and France. He 

hoped that Wenjiang and Autun would 

maintain their concerted efforts to consolidate 

and deepen bilateral exchanges in culture 

and education, promote and expand their 

advantageous cooperation in economy and 

trade, renew their friendship, strengthen 

mutual promotion, and pave the way for 

extensive practical cooperation.

王军对文森·杜威市长一行来温访问表示欢迎，并简要介绍了温江区经济社会发展情况和2024年成都世界园艺博览会金温江博览园情况。他说，自去年11月温江区与欧坦市正式建立友好合作关系以来，两地交往密切，双方基于教育和青少年交流的传统友谊得到了增进。今年恰逢中法建交60周年，希望温江区与欧坦市继续携手，巩固和深化双方在文化教育领域的往来交流，推动和拓展两地在经贸领域的优势合作，延续双方友谊，加强互相推介，为更多领域务实合作搭桥铺路。

Vincent Chauvet said that this year marks 

the 60th anniversary of the establishment 

of diplomatic relations between China and 

France and the China-France Year of Culture 

and Tourism. He expressed his welcome to 

Wenjiang delegation to visit Autun and for 

local young people to visit Autun for 

exchanges. He also expressed his willingness 

to have in-depth discussions and expand 

cooperation with Wenjiang District in 

education, culture, economy and trade, so as

to jointly open a new chapter of friendship 

and win-win cooperation between the two 

sides.

文森·杜威说，今年是中法建交60周年和中法文化旅游年，欢迎温江区代表团赴欧坦访问、青少年赴欧坦交流，愿与温江区在教育、文化、经贸等领域深入探讨、拓展合作，共同开启两地友好共赢新篇章。

Later, Vincent Chauvet and his delegation 

also had a discussion with the Education 

Bureau of Wenjiang District on exchanges 

and cooperation in vocational education, 

and visited the Golden Wenjiang Expo Park 

of International Horticultural Exhibition 

2024 Chengdu.

随后，文森·杜威一行还与区教育局就开展职业教育交流合作进行了座谈，并实地参观考察2024年成都世界园艺博览会金温江博览园。
