There were nearly 100 distinguished 

guests at home and abroad attending 

the ceremony including Mr. Carlos 

Sáenz de Tejada Gorman, Consul-

General of Consulate General of 

Spain in Chengdu, Ms. Katalin 

Sógor, Deputy Head of Mission, 

Consul of Hungary in Chongqing, 

relevant leaders of the Department 

of Ecology and Environment of 

Sichuan Province, the Foreign Affairs 

Office of the Chengdu Municipal 

People’s Government,  the CPC 

Wenjiang District Committee and 

Wenjiang District Governmentas 

well as the International Public Art 

Symposium, together with 12 artists 

from 5 countries including China, 

Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and 

Hungary. All the guests visited the 

Way of Harmony International Art 

Park, and jointly witnessed the 

landing of the “Employment and 

Internship Base for the Art School 

of Southwest Minzu University”.

西班牙驻成都总领事馆总领事卡洛斯·萨恩斯得哈达、匈牙利驻重庆总领事馆副馆长邵凯婷，四川省生态环境厅、成都市人民政府外事办公室、温江区委区政府相关负责人，创作营有关负责人，以及来自中国、意大利、西班牙、荷兰、匈牙利等5国的12名艺术家等中外嘉宾近百人出席活动。中外嘉宾参观了和合之道国际艺术园区，并共同见证“西南民族大学艺术学院就业与教学实践实习基地”落地。

During “2023 China Chengdu ‘The 

Way of Harmony’ International Public 

Art Symposium”, 12 participating 

artists will carry out various academic 

exchanges and creative activities,

utilizing waste materials such as wood 

and metal for on-site art re-creation. 

The creative achievements will be 

permanently exhibited in the Way of 

Harmony International Art Park. 

In addition, there will be public 

welfare exhibitions such as the 

“Warm River · Harmony and Elegance

—Visual Series Exhibition from 

Tsinghua University Sichuan Alumni 

Association” ,“Mirror Image— 

Sculpture Exhibition by Yang Shuai”, 

“Joint Art Exhibition by He Si’en &

Zhang Tingting”, “Ceramic Art 

Exhibition by Zhou Xiaobing”, “Art 

Exhibition by Shu Xingchuan”, and 

“Oil Painting Exchange Exhibition 

by Tian Bairen”, etc. Various art 

experience workshops such as fabric 

art, clay sculpture and animation as 

well as cultural and creative trendy 

food markets will be held. The event 

will continue until August 28^th.

“2023中国·成都【和合之道】国际公共艺术创作营”举办期间，12名参营艺术家将开展各类学术交流和创作活动，并利用废旧木材、金属等废弃材料进行在地艺术再创作，创作成果将永久落地和合之道国际艺术园区。园区还将同步面向广大市民推出“‘温润之江·和合雅韵’清华大学四川校友会视觉系列作品展”“镜像——杨帅雕塑作品展”“贺思恩张婷婷艺术联展”“周晓冰陶瓷艺术展”“舒兴川艺术展”“田百忍油画交流展”等公益展览，举办布艺、陶艺、动画等各类艺术体验工坊和文创潮玩美食集市。活动将持续至8月28日。

The “Chengdu Europe Culture 

Season” is committed to integrating 

cultural and artistic resources in 

Europe and Chengdu so as to link 

local cultural and artistic scenario 

and resources to meet the artistic 

needs of Chengdu. Since 2017, it has 

been successfully held for seven times, 

providing more than 70 high-quality 

cultural and artistic exchange activities 

with rich forms, diverse themes, and 

dynamic participation for Chengdu 

citizens. It has become a bridge of 

friendship and an important platform 

for cultural exchanges and mutual 

learning between Chengdu and Europe. 

Since its opening on May 18^th, the 

“2023 Chengdu Europe Culture 

Season” has collaborated with 

European embassies and consulates 

in China and various partners to 

present cultural and artistic activities 

such as the Spanish Flamenco Show 

and Dali Art Exhibition, Dutch Dance 

with Your Colors, Italian Contemporary 

Art Exhibition, and Hungarian Poetry 

Sharing Session——Celebrating the 

300th Anniversary of the Birth of 

Petöfi Sándor to the public. In the 

future, two themed art exhibitions will 

be launched, both of which are open 

for free.

“成都·欧洲文化季”致力于整合欧洲地区文化艺术资源，链接成都本土文化艺术场景、资源和需求，自2017年至今已成功举办七届，为成都市民奉献了70余场形式丰富、主题多元、参与便捷的高品质蓉欧文化艺术交流活动，已成为蓉欧民心相通的友谊之桥、蓉欧文化交流互鉴的重要平台。自5月18日开幕以来，“2023成都·欧洲文化季”携手欧洲国家驻华使领馆和各方合作伙伴，为市民呈现了西班牙弗拉门戈秀和达利艺术展、荷兰艺术彩绘创作、意大利当代艺术展、匈牙利裴多菲诗歌分享会等文艺活动，后续还将推出两场主题艺术展，均免费开放。

The Way of Harmony International 

Public Art Symposium has been 

successfully held 4 times in Wenjiang 

District, and it is the first international 

art symposium held in Sichuan 

Province, which was officially 

included in International Sculpture 

Symposium Alliance (ISSA) in 2020. 

Inspired by this, Shou’an Township in 

Wenjiang District, has built the Way 

of Harmony International Art Park

which has transformed the roadside 

wasteland into “the Way of Harmony 

International Art  Park”, where more 

than 50 artworks from over ten 

countries participating in the 

symposium will be permanently 

exhibited here. Loved by the local 

people, these artistic works fully 

reflect the harmonious coexistence 

between humans and nature in the 

construction of the park city, 

expressing a harmony with distinct 

“locality” and “interactivity”.

【和合之道】国际艺术创作营目前已在温江区成功举办4届，是四川省首个国际艺术创作营，并于2020年正式被纳入国际雕塑创作营联盟。温江区寿安镇依托该创作营打造了和合之道国际艺术园区，并将园区路边荒滩改建成“和合之道国际艺术公园”，永久放置参与创作营的十余国艺术家的50余件艺术佳作，深受当地群众喜爱，充分体现公园城市建设中人与自然的和谐相处，表达出鲜明的“在地性”与“互动性”。
