The Innovation Center is divided into

various functional areas including 

city promotion, conferences and 

exhibitions, economic and trade 

negotiations, government services, 

import-export services, and science 

popularization. It is also equipped 

with Chinese-English bilingual 

signage and professional foreign 

language personnel, able to undertake 

activities of external exchanges and 

communications.

成都医学城三医创新中心（三期）划有城市推介、会议会展、经贸洽谈、政务服务、进出口服务和市民科普等区域，中英双语标识标牌完善，并配备外语专业人员，具备承接对外交流交往的软硬件设施。

Since being put into use in 2018, the 

Innovation Center has undertaken 

more than 30 visits by foreign 

embassies and consulates in China, 

foreign governments, international 

business associations, and foreign 

corporate delegations. It has also 

hosted over 40 international, Hong 

Kong-Macao promotion, and exchange 

activities, making it an important 

window for urban and industrial 

promotion and exchanges in Wenjiang 

District.

自2018年建成投用以来，成都医学城三医创新中心（三期）先后承接外国驻华使领馆、外国地方政府、国际商会组织、国外企业代表团参访30余批，开展各类国际、港澳推介、交流活动40余场，是我区城市和产业推介、交流的重要窗口。

Efforts have been made to create an 

R&D supply chain service platform 

to provide one-stop import-export 

services for biopharmaceutical R&D 

enterprises and others;

build a technology innovation service 

platform to provide service 

consultation for settled enterprises 

and ensure that they can complete the 

handling of relevant affairs just within 

the park;

establish an exchange and training 

platform to regularly hold various 

salons and training activities, in order 

to help enterprises better understand 

policies and increase their mutual 

exchanges. As of the end of 2022, 

more than 20 activities had been held, 

including investment and financing 

matchmaking meetings, exchange 

meetings for medical equipment 

industry development, and "going 

global"-themed training sessions of 

cross-border e-commerce. 

Enhancing public participation and 

proactively opening up to citizens. 

The Center has undertaken various 

thematic activities, including a research 

visit by Chinese and international 

teachers and students from Tsinghua 

University's Schwarzman Scholars, and 

the "Home in Chengdu, Perception of 

Wenjiang" activity for international 

students in Chengdu. The exhibition 

hall of the Tri-medical Innovation 

Center has been opened to the public, 

allowing them to experience at close 

range the vigor of center-related 

technologies in urban development. As 

of the end of 2022, the exhibition hall 

had received 125 groups of 319 citizens.

打造研发供应链服务平台，为生物医药研发等企业提供“一站式”进出口服务。打造科技创新服务平台，为入驻企业提供服务咨询，保障企业不出园区即能办理有关事务。搭建交流培训平台，常态化举办各类沙龙、培训活动，帮助企业更好地了解政策、加大交流。截至2022年底，已举办投融资对接会、医疗器械产业发展交流会、跨境电商“走出去”专题培训会等活动20余场。增强群众参与，主动面向市民开放。先后承接清华大学苏世民书院中外师生调研、在温留学生“家在成都·感知温江”等主题活动。面向市民开放三医科技展馆，让市民更加直观地感受三医科技在城市发展中蕴含的蓬勃力量。截至2022年底，展馆已对外接待参观市民125批319人次。
