Compared to traditional tennis, padel is 

a more relaxed and less physically 

demanding sport. The air pressure inside 

the padel ball is lower than that of a 

regular tennis ball, and the batting speed 

won't be too fast. The surface of racket is 

made of sponge and carbon fiber board, 

with a weight of only about 350 grams 

and a small size, which is relatively easy 

to control. Children, elderly people and 

beginners can participate in this sport.

比起“势大力沉”的网球运动，板式网球击球更轻松，跑动相对较少。板式网球的球内气压比普通网球低，球速不会过快，球拍拍面采用海绵外加碳纤维板，重量只有350克左右，尺寸较小，相对容易掌控。小朋友、老年人、零基础运动“小白”都可以参与这项运动。
