Wang Qian said that Wenjiang 

respects ecology and conforms to 

nature for its development. He 

defines the Jinma River,Jiang'an 

River and the most culturally 

recognizable Yufu Confucian Temple 

as "two rivers and one center" and 

the strategy for promoting the 

development of the city. The values

urban transformation and sustainable

development, the upgrading of the 

industrial base and the modernization 

of the industrial chain should be 

propelled with the circle-chain mode 

of thinking, in order to build a 

modern industrial system featuring 

modern urban agriculture, led by the 

medical and health industry, and 

supported by the modern service 

industry. Early this year, Kelun 

Biotech signed a contract with MSD 

for 11.8 billion US dollars, which 

not only set a newglobal record for 

innovative drug transactions, but 

also marked that the research and 

development capabilities of 

pharmaceutical companies of 

Wenjiang in ADC innovative drugs 

have reached the world's advanced 

level. In terms of innovation-driven 

development, the coordinated 

development of innovation chains 

and industrial chains has been 

deepened, cooperation with 

universities and institutes fortified,

in innovation strengthened, and 

integration of talents and cities
