innovative drug industrial chain and 

made the first comprehensive list of 

refined responsibilities for developing 

an innovative drug industrial circle and 

strengthening the chain in the whole city. 

By doing so, Wenjiang aims to play an 

active role in simplifying services and 

delivering value-added services and 

make every effort to help companies 

grow and expand.

为了培育壮大链主企业、精准配置资源要素、全力做优营商环境，做强产业链供应链稳定性和竞争力，温江区从创新药产业链入手，在全市研究编制了首张创新药产业建圈强链职责精细化全息清单，主动服务、减化服务、增值服务，全力助推企业成长壮大。

The general list consists of three parts, 

respectively the list of responsibilities in 

the "Six Ones" industrial development 

working mechanism, the list of 

responsibilities for services in the whole 

cycle, and the list of responsibilities for 

element guarantee services. The general 

list defines its main content as enriching 

the "Six Ones" working mechanism, 

focusing the resources on development 

and empowering enterprises; delivering 

value-added services for enterprises in 

six links, including drug discovery and 

research, and drug production; providing 

professional services for enterprises by 

gathering seven resource elements such 

as talent, finance, and health data.

该清单包含“6个1”工作机制职责清单、全周期环节服务职责清单和要素保障服务职责清单三个部分，主要内容为丰富“6个1”工作机制，为发展聚力、为企业赋能；围绕药物发现及研究、药物生产等6个环节，为企业提供增值服务；聚集人才、金融、卫生数据等7大资源要素，为企业提供专业服务。
