On January 13, 2023, the Development 

Alliance for China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade 

Zone Pilot Zones for Coordinated Reform 

(the Alliance in short) was officially set up and 

the launching ceremony of it took place in 

Wenjiang District, Chengdu.

2023年1月13日，四川自贸试验区协同改革先行区发展联盟（以下简称联盟）在成都温江正式成立并举办启动仪式。

The Alliance, proposed by Wenjiang Pilot 

Zone for Coordinated Reform and Sichuan 

Commerce and Economics Society 

(Promotion Center of China (Sichuan) Pilot 

Free Trade Zone Coordinated Opening up), 

was supported by 13 pilot zones for 

coordinated reform in the Sichuan Province, 

including 16 pilot zones or regions for 

coordinated reform in Yibin, Deyang, and 

Ziyang. The Alliance is a vital measure taken 

to deepen the targeted reform of China 

(Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Moreover, 

it aims to boost the practical development 

of pilot zones for coordinated reform in the 

province and will also play an essential role 

in supporting the reform and practice of the 

free trade business.

本次联盟由温江协同改革先行区、四川省商务经济学会（四川自贸试验区协同开放促进中心）倡议，全省13个协同改革先行区共同发起，成员包括宜宾、德阳、资阳等地的16个协同改革先行区或区域。联盟的成立既是深化四川自贸差异化改革的一项重要探索，也是助力提升全省协同改革先行区建设水平的务实举措，将在助推自贸改革实践进程中发挥重要作用。

At the launching ceremony, the first 

development report on the pilot zones 

for coordinated reform in the growth of 

China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone 

was released. The report, based on the 

evaluation system of pilot zones for 

coordinated reform issued by the Office 

of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, 

collected a great quantity of research 

achievements to objectively demonstrate 

good results from various aspects since the 

pilot zones for coordinated reform was 

established and depict the main contributors 

to the opening up in Sichuan Province.

启动仪式推出了我省自贸试验区建设历程中首部专门关于协同改革先行区的发展报告。该报告依托四川自贸办对协同改革先行区的评价体系，综合了大量调研成果，客观呈现了协同改革先行区设立以来取得的各方面成就，勾勒了四川开放生力军的主流群像。

As the first rotating presidency, Wenjiang 

Pilot Zone for Coordinated Reform released 

the List of Shared Characteristic Resources 

for Development Alliance (First Group) at 

the ceremony. The list included 20 pieces of 

resource information in four main fields, 

covering ports and passages, development 

of trade, technological innovation and 

characteristic services.

温江协同改革先行区作为首届轮值主席，在仪式上发布了《发展联盟特色资源共享清单（第一批）》，涵盖口岸通道、贸易发展、科技创新、特色服务4大领域共20条资源信息。

Additionally, the ceremony also witnessed 

the signing ceremony of five projects 

related to open economic cooperation, 

involving an investment of over RMB 2 

billion in total. These projects included 

foreign-funded projects with big potential 

that were newly implemented in the pilot 

zones for coordinated reform as well as 

projects related to enterprise coordination 

between pilot zones for coordinated reform. 

It is believed that the implementation of 

these projects in a deep manner will give 

more impetus to the development of pilot 

zones for coordinated reform.

此外，5个开放型经济合作项目在仪式上了进行集中签约，总投资超20亿元，既有协同改革先行区新近落地的高能级外资项目，又有协同改革先行区间企业的协同协作项目，这些项目的深入推进势必将为各协同改革先行区发展注入更多的动力源泉。
