Colorful lights brighten Confucian Temple. 

On the evening of January 13, 2023, Wenjiang 

District was lightened in the night with 

colorful lights. The "Two Rivers and One 

Center" China-chic Confucian Temple 

Historical and Cultural Block Lighting 

Ceremony took place in the square of the 

Confucian Temple. Wang Qian, Deputy 

Mayor of Chengdu and Secretary of the 

CPC Wenjiang District Committee, 

attended and addressed the ceremony.

The thousand-year-old Confucian Temple 

was decorated with festival and shining 

lights, forming a harmonious picture with 

red lanterns. The performance under the 

theme of "Brilliance of Confucian Temple"

 began in a joyful atmosphere. "Great 

Confucian Scholars" interactive light show 

brought wonderful experiences to visitors. 

On-site performances were combined with 

light shows and a variety of innovative 

forms, including light and shadow shows, 

AR shows and immersive parades. Ancient 

buildings in the temple such as Dacheng 

Hall, Kuixing Tower, Lingxing Gate and 

screen walls looked magnificent with 

thousands of lights, showing incredibly 

beautiful night views and a festive 

atmosphere of Tianfu and Wenjiang style 

with great light shows.

The traditional costume parade with the 

theme of "Dancing with Music" was 

carried out under charming lights and 

attracted a large number of visitors, 

representatives from different fields and 

residents. In the art light shows, people 

can feel the profound history and culture 

and recall past good days and the warm 

memories of Chengdu. Moreover, they can 

also have a better understanding of the 

preservation and inheritance of the past 

and the Confucian Temple's vitality given 

by the development in Wenjiang District. 

At the "Prosperous Market", visitors were 

dazzled by a variety of trendy Chinese 

cultural and creative products. A "Time 

Post Office" was set up on-site. Visitors 

could send a letter to themselves in the 

future through the special delivery services 

provided by the post office. Besides, 

visitors also left their hope for the future 

in the letters.

以亮灯昭示，让文庙归来！1月13日晚，华灯璀璨、流光溢彩，“文庙明心”——温江区“两河一心”文庙国潮文化街区亮灯仪式在文庙广场举行。成都市副市长、温江区委书记王乾出席并致辞。

千年文庙“披”上了节日彩灯，璀璨灯光与大红灯笼交相辉映。在一片欢乐祥和的气氛中，“文庙明心”实景演绎拉开序幕，“鸿儒长卷”互动光影秀精彩纷呈，将光影艺术融入实景演绎、灯光秀、AR秀和沉浸式巡游等多种创新形式，大成殿、魁星楼、棂星门、照壁等文庙古建筑千灯闪耀、光影交织、美不胜收，营造出“天府样、温江味”的浓厚节日氛围。

在多彩灯光的映衬下，“和乐踏歌”古装巡游吸引与会嘉宾、各界代表和市民群众踊跃参与。行进在光与影交织的艺术中，既感受着历史的脉搏、文化的情怀、过往的乡愁和城市的温情，也见证着温江以发展的方式去保护、以彰显的方式去传承，重新焕发文庙生机与活力的精彩篇章。“烟火市集”上，各类国潮文创主题产品喜庆时尚、琳琅满目，深受市民欢迎和青睐。现场特别设置的“时光邮局”，让市民通过信箱“慢递”给未来的自己，许下与未来的约定。
