As new trends have emerged in the current 

pandemic outbreak and coronavirus 

variation, “early discovery” and 

“early actions” are needed to safeguard 

and ensure the safety of people’s lives 

and health via a complete screening of 

places with risks and a rapid cut of the 

transmission chain of indigenous cases. 

Pursuant to the Protocol on Prevention 

and Control of COVID-19 (Edition 9) of 

the Joint Prevention and Control 

Mechanism of the State Council and the 

20 new measures for optimizing COVID-19 

response, large-scale nucleic acid testing 

will be conducted in designated areas of 

Chengdu for five consecutive days from 

00:00 of November 23 to 24:00 of November 

27, 2022. We hereby notify you that:

鉴于当前我市疫情防控形势和新冠病毒变异的新特点，为全面摸排疫情防控风险点、快速切断本土疫情传播链，做到“早发现”“早处置”，切实维护和保障市民群众的生命安全和身体健康。按照国务院联防联控机制第九版防控方案和优化防控措施二十条要求，经研究决定，自2022年11月23日0时起至27日24时，连续5日在我市划定区域内开展大规模核酸检测。现将有关事宜通告如下。

The designated areas for the large-scale 

nucleic acid testing are the 18 districts 

(county-level cities and counties) including 

Sichuan Tianfu New Area, Chengdu Eastern 

New Area, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, Jinjiang 

District, Qingyang District, Jinniu District, 

Wuhou District, Chenghua District, Longquanyi 

District, Qingbaijiang District, Xindu 

District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu 

District, Pidu District, Xinjin District, 

Jianyang City, Pengzhou City and Jintang 

County.

开展大规模核酸检测的划定区域为四川天府新区、成都东部新区、成都高新区、锦江区、青羊区、金牛区、武侯区、成华区、龙泉驿区、青白江区、新都区、温江区、双流区、郫都区、新津区、简阳市、彭州市、金堂县18个区（市）县。

During the large-scale nucleic acid testing, 

samples will be collected daily from 07:30 

to 13:30 with testing services delivered 

to residential communities, schools, 

industry/business parks, large-scale 

enterprises and government-affiliated 

institutions. Daily testing is required. 

Please orderly take the testing upon 

notification in your sub-district (township), 

community (village), residential community 

(courtyard) or workplace. The health QR 

code of those who fail to take the testing 

as required will be coded yellow or red. 

Sites for the large-scale nucleic acid 

testing will be released on the official 

websites of the district (county-level city

and county) governments (management 

committees).

大规模核酸检测每日采样时间为07：30-13：30，采取进小区、进校园、进园区、进大型企业事业单位的方式组织，应检必检，每日一检。请市民按所在街道（镇）、社区（村）、小区（院落）或工作单位通知，有序参加核酸检测。对未按要求参加核酸检测人员将实施赋码管理。大规模核酸采样点位于2022年11月23日前，在各区（市）县政府（管委会）官网上公布。

During the large-scale nucleic acid testing 

in designated areas, designated test sites 

for yellow code holders open as scheduled. 

Routinized nucleic acid test sites in the 

designated areas continue to operate after 

14:00 on a daily basis.

在划定区域大规模核酸检测期间，全市黄码人员定点检测机构正常开放。划定区域内常态化核酸检测点位每日14：00后继续开放。

We encourage employers to arrange flexible 

working hours and ensure that employees 

take the nucleic acid test daily during 

07:30 and 13:30.

鼓励各类用人单位弹性安排时间，督促员工按规定在每日07：30-13：30期间参加核酸检测。

From 00:00 of November 24, 2022, a 

negative 24-hour nucleic acid test result 

is required to enter bars, chess and 

poker rooms (Mahjong rooms), gyms and 

other entertainment venues with enclosed 

environment as well as construction sites 

and logistics parks. A negative 48-hour 

nucleic acid test result is required to 

enter public spaces and residential 

communities (courtyards) as well as to 

take public transport.

自2022年11月24日0时起，进入酒吧、棋牌室（麻将馆）、健身房等各类空间密闭休闲娱乐场所及建筑工地、物流园区，须查验24小时内核酸阴性证明。进入公共场所、小区（院落）和乘坐公共交通工具，须查验48小时内核酸阴性证明。

For all the people in Chengdu, please 

observe pandemic prevention 

obligations and proactively take the 

nucleic acid test. During the testing, 

please keep yourself well-protected, 

properly wear the mask, keep a 

one-meter distance and avoid clustering.

Do not leave Chengdu unless absolutely 

necessary. Those who have to leave 

Chengdu should present a negative 

24-hour nucleic acid test result.

请广大在蓉人员依法履行防疫义务，积极主动参与核酸检测，采样期间做好个人防护，全程科学佩戴口罩，保持一米间距，不扎堆。非必要不离蓉，离蓉需持48小时内核酸阴性证明。
