近期国内疫情形势严峻复杂，我市报告多例外省市输入病例，为严防疫情输入，做好重点场所和重点人群管理，防范大型展会活动导致疫情传播和本土规模疫情发生，按照成都市新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部的要求，成都市卫健委特别提示广大市民，继续落实防控措施，做好个人防护，做到疫情早发现、快处置、防外溢，共同守护正常的生产生活秩序。

1. Strictly carry out "nucleic acid

test upon arriving in Sichuan". We

should earnestly implement the

requirements of "taking nucleic

acid test upon arriving in Sichuan",

strictly implement the "nucleic

acid testing upon arrival" at

traffic checkpoints such as

highways, railways and airports,

and urge people coming

(returning) to Chengdu to report

to the community; strictly check

the "living place" where people

from outside Sichuan is bound

for. The property gate guards

shall check the personnel entering

the community, and the community

shall take the initiative to contact

the reporting personnel and

incorporate them into the

community control in time. All

hotels and homestays shall

designate special personnel to

strictly check the identity

informationof the check-in

personnel, check the health code,

travel record and travel history in

risky areas, and immediately report

the risky personnel to the local

sub-district and community for

coordination and management;

strictly carry out self-inspection

of the unit. After returning to work,

each unit shall strictly check the

travel history and implement

classified management of personnel.

1、严格“入川即检”排查。切实落实“入川即检”工作要求，公路、铁路、机场等交通卡口要严格实施“落地检”，督促来（返）蓉人员落实社区报备；严格做好“落脚点”排查。物业门岗要做好进入小区人员排查，社区要主动联系报备人员，及时纳入社区管控。各宾馆、酒店、民宿要指定专人严格核验入住人员身份信息，查健康码、行程卡、风险地区旅居史情况，发现风险人员要立即报所在地街道和社区，协调纳入管理；严格开展单位自查。各单位对出差人员返岗后，要严格查验旅居史情况，落实人员分类管理。

2. For enclosed spaces such as bars

and KTVs, gathering places such

as schools, large enterprises and

large farmers' markets, and places

with frequent flow of personnel

such as logistics parks, airports

and railway stations, it is necessary

to strictly implement the

requirements of scanning the

venue code, checking the health

code, the travel history in risky

areas, the travel record and the

negative nucleic acid test

certificate at the specified time

and standardizing epidemic

prevention measures such as

wearing masks.

2、酒吧、KTV等空间密闭场所，学校、大型企业、大型农贸市场等人员聚集场所，物流园区、机场、火车站等人员流动频繁场所要严格落实进入人员扫场所码、查健康码、查风险地区旅居史、查行程卡、查规定时间核酸阴性证明，规范戴口罩等防疫措施。

3. For entering bars, KTVs, dance

halls, chess and card rooms

(mahjong parlours), internet cafes,

electronic entertainment halls, the

escape rooms, live action role

playing (LARP) games, gyms and

other enclosed leisure and

entertainment venues, you must

show the negative nucleic acid

test certificate within 24 hours.

Entering restaurants, museums,

cultural centers, libraries, art

galleries, swimming venues, 

indoor sports venues and other 

public recreational and sports 

activities venues in the city, you

must show the negative nucleic 

acid test certificate within 48 hours. 

Entering other public places, party 

and government organs, 

enterprises and public institutions, 

communities (yards) and taking 

public transportation, you must 

show the negative nucleic acid 

test certificate within 72 hours. 

Nucleic acid testing is an 

important means to determine 

whether a person is infected with 

the virus and plays an important 

supporting role in scientific and 

accurate prevention and control. 

The free pool testing service for 

regular nucleic acid testing sites 

in our city will be extended to 

November 30.

3、进入酒吧、KTV、歌舞厅、棋牌室（麻将馆）、网吧、电子游戏厅、密室逃脱、剧本杀、健身房等各类空间密闭休闲娱乐场所，须查验24小时内核酸阴性证明。进入餐厅及博物馆、文化馆、图书馆、美术馆、游泳场馆、室内体育场馆等各类市内公共文体活动场所，须查验48小时内核酸阴性证明。进入其他公共场所、党政机关、企事业单位、小区（院落）和乘坐公共交通工具，须查验72小时内核酸检测阴性证明。核酸检测是判断是否感染病毒的重要手段，对科学精准防控具有重要支撑作用。我市常态化核酸检测点混检免费检测服务延长至11月30日。

4. Among the people coming

(returning) to Chengdu from key

epidemic-affected areas, those

who do not have the conditions

for home quarantine and home 

health monitoring shall be 

included in the centralized 

quarantine, or implemented the 

centralized management in 

designated hotels within the 

jurisdiction. During the centralized 

management period, the

designated hotels shall strictly 

follow the home quarantine 

standards, and shall not 

accommodate ordinary customers. 

Measures such as door sensors, 

environmental disinfection and 

service guarantee shall be 

implemented to ensure that 

personnel do not gather and go out 

(except for special circumstances 

such as medical treatment). 

Non-designated hotels and 

homestays shall not receive home 

quarantine personnel or home 

health monitoring personnel.

4、重点涉疫地区来（返）蓉人员中，不具备居家隔离和居家健康监测条件的人员纳入集中隔离，或在辖区内指定宾馆酒店实施集中管理。集中管理期间，指定的宾馆酒店严格按照居家隔离规范执行，不收住普通顾客，落实门磁、环境消毒、服务保障等措施，确保人员不聚集、不外出（就医等特殊情况除外）。非指定宾馆酒店、民宿不得接收居家隔离人员或居家健康监测人员。

5. As winter comes, please continue 

to take personal protection measures, 

adhere to a good lifestyle such as 

wearing masks, washing hands 

frequently and avoiding gathering, 

and open windows regularly to keep 

good indoor ventilation. Please 

actively report personal travel 

history, implement nucleic acid 

testing, and complete the 

COVID-19 vaccination.

5、目前冬季节来临，请广大市民朋友继续做好个人防护，坚持科学佩戴口罩、勤洗手、不扎堆、不聚集等良好生活方式，定期开窗通风，保持室内空气流通。主动报备个人旅居史，主动落实核酸检测，主动完成新冠病毒疫苗接种流程。

6. Individuals shall take the
