According to the Sichuan Provincial

Development and Reform Commission,

the National Development and Reform

Commission and Ministry of Commerce

recently released the Catalogue of

Industries for Encouraged Foreign

Investment (2022 Edition). The new

edition has 1,474 items, among which

239 are new and 167 are revised

based on the previous edition released

in 2020. Among the newly added items,

23 are for Sichuan, bringing the total

number of items of which to 63, ranking

Sichuan the first in central and western

China. The new edition continues to

focus on encouraging foreign investment

in the manufacturing sector, with

revisions mainly targeting in promoting

the integration of services and

manufacturing sectors, combining local

comparative advantages in factors of

production and special resources.

Hence the scope of industries for

encouraged foreign investment in

central and western regions of China is

expanded.

据四川省发改委消息，国家发改委、商务部近日发布《鼓励外商投资产业目录（2022年版）》，总条目1474条，与2020年版相比，净增加239条、修改167条。其中四川省净增加23条，产业条目总数达63条，居中国中西部第一。2022年版目录继续将制造业作为鼓励外商投资的重点方向，将促进服务业和制造业融合发展作为修订重点，同时结合各地生产要素和特色资源等比较优势，进一步扩大了中国中西部地区利用外资的鼓励范围。

Frequency of Several International

(Regional) Flights

成都将恢复、加密多条国际（地区）航线

Starting from October 30, Chinese civil

aviation sector has officially started the

new winter and spring flight season,

and various airlines have arranged

more flights in Chengdu. During the

new flight season, Air China will

operate nine international (regional)

flights in Chengdu, and besides

continuing summer and autumn flights

to or from Frankfurt, Singapore,

Jakarta, Kathmandu, Astana and

Hong Kong, etc., the company will also

resume direct flights to and from Paris

with one flight per week. Starting from

November 1, Sichuan Airlines has

planned to operate ten international

(regional) routes from Chengdu to

Cairo, Vancouver, Bangkok, Dubai,

St. Petersburg, Helsinki, Tokyo, Rome,

Singapore and Hong Kong. Among

these routes, the frequency of

international routes to and from Cairo

and Dubai will be increased to two

flights per week.

10月30日起，中国民航正式执行冬春航季航班计划，多家航空公司加大在成都布局航线网络力度。新航季，中国国际航空将在成都执飞9条国际（地区）航线，除延续夏秋航季的法兰克福、新加坡、雅加达、加德满都、阿斯塔纳、中国香港等国际和地区航班，还将复航成都直飞巴黎航线，计划每周往返一班。自11月1日起，四川航空计划执飞成都至开罗、温哥华、曼谷、迪拜、圣彼得堡、赫尔辛基、东京、罗马、新加坡、中国香港10条国际（地区）航线。其中，成都往返开罗、成都往返迪拜两条国际航线加密至每周两班。

四川首趟中老通道“跨境人民币结算”

班列在蓉发车

On October 29, an international freight

train laden with sepiolite from Ya'an city

in Sichuan departed from a terminal in

Chengdu's Shuangliu district, and would

reach Luang Prabang, a province of

Laos, in 72 hours at least. This train is

Sichuan's first international freight train

featuring "cross-border RMB settlement"

to run on the China-Laos Railway. 

10月29日，一列满载四川雅安产海泡石的国际贸易班列从成都双流发车，最快72小时抵达老挝琅勃拉邦。这趟列车是四川首次通过中老通道使用人民币结算的贸易班列。

“筑梦温江”亮相2022年成都花展

 On November 4, the "Park City · Flowery

Chengdu" Chengdu Flower Exhibition was

held in Shiziba, Phoenix Mountain,

Chengdu. Wenjiang Exhibition Park—In

combination with Wenjiang gardening,

"Dream Building Wenjiang" is a theme

park built in the context of "Two Rivers

and One Center". The "Dream Building

Wenjiang" is derived from the enterprising

spirit of the millennium "Yufu culture" and

integrates the characteristic elements of

Wenjiang gardens to present the charm

of both ancient and modern times. Inherit

the strength of Yufu to build a beautiful

Wenjiang. With the shape of the "time

tunnel", the exhibition area aims to

connect the traditional landscape

craftsmanship of Wenjiang with the

leading modern flower garden of

Wenjiang, telling a mysterious "legend

of Yufu", and also telling the

contemporary story of Wenjiang people

inheriting the strength of Yufu and

building a beautiful Wenjiang.

11月4日，“公园城市·花漾蓉城”2022年成都花展在成都凤凰山狮子坝开展。温江展园——“筑梦温江”是以“两河一心”为背景，结合温江园林园艺建设的主题园。“筑梦温江”取自千年“鱼凫文化”的锐意进取精神，搭载温江园林特色元素，共享古今。传承鱼凫之力，筑梦美好温江。展区利用“时间隧道”的构筑，将传统的温江造景技艺，与温江领先的现代花境园林连接，共同讲述一个神秘飘渺的“鱼凫传说”，也讲述着温江人民传承鱼凫之力，筑梦美好温江的当代故事。

Fintech Conference Opens

in Wenjiang

第五届国际金融科技论坛在温江开幕

On November 5, the 5^th International

Fintech Conference, co-hosted by

Southwest University of Finance and

Economics (SWUFE), Chengdu Municipal

Financial Regulatory Bureau, and Wenjiang

District People’s Government, Chengdu,

kicked off in Wenjiang. Centering on the

theme of "Digital Economy: Empowering

a High-quality Development", the

conference attracted more than 150

outstanding guests from the political,

industrial, academic, and research circles

to gather in Chengdu again to analyze

the new direction, new track, new trend,

and new path of China's economic,

financial and technological development.

Lin Nan, deputy mayor of Chengdu

Municipal People's Government,

attended the opening ceremony and

delivered a speech. Professor Robert

John Aumann, a Nobel Prize winner

in Economic Sciences in 2005,

conducted an in-depth analysis of the

case of behavioral economics. This

conference will hold more than 10

activities to present a wonderful fintech

feast, injecting financial impetus into

promoting high-quality economic and

social development.
