This year, Wenjiang seized the

strategic opportunity of the

construction of the

Chengdu-Chongqing

Economic Circle

and the park city

demonstration area

in Chengdu practicing new

development philosophy,

to firmly fight

for the economy,

carry out construction

and promote development

through city building

strategy concentrating on

"two rivers and one center"

(the Jiang'an River, 

the Jinma River,

and Historic Cultural

Blocks centering

on Wenjiang

Confucian Temple). 

In June, the Collective

Commencement Ceremony

of Major Projects for the Second

Quarter & the Groundbreaking

Ceremony of Zhujiang New

Town Resort Hotel Project

was held in Wenjiang.

The 14 major projects

for collective commencement

stand for a major initiative

to strive to pursue

progress while ensuring stability.

In September, a collective

signing ceremony of

major projects for the 

third quarter was held

in Wenjiang.

16 major industrialization

projects were signed,

including Preclinical

New Drug R&D Base of

PharmaResources

(Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

and Smart Supply

Chain Industrial Park

in Wenjiang, 

Chengdu of Shenzhen

International Holdings Limited, 

covering various fields such as

advanced manufacturing, 

modern service, and urban

modern agriculture. 

In addition, the List of

Investment Opportunities

in Wenjiang District

of Chengdu in 2022

was also released, 

which has sorted out

92 resources such as land,

platforms and Linpan, 

including 17 land resources,

29 industrial carrier resources

and 46 Linpan

settlement resources.

At the same time, the "Invest in

Wenjiang VR Map"

was introduced.

Targeting resources with

high attention from enterprises, 

the 720° panoramic VR map was

produced with an all-round

dynamic perspective to provide

investors with "cloud" investigation 

and "cloud" site selection

without going out.

In the future, Wenjiang will adhere

to the city building strategy

shorten the time limit for

and approval,

consolidate the full life

cycle services for projects, 

and provide assistance for

the development of enterprises.
