In order to better integrate into and 

serve the major national strategies, 

accelerate the construction of a modern 

industrial system and promote high-

quality economic development, 

Wenjiang Innovation Service Center 

was officially inaugurated in Nansha 

District, Guangzhou on March 10. Lu 

Yixian, a member of the Standing 

Committee of the CPC Guangzhou 

Municipal Committee and Secretary of 

the CPC Nansha District Committee, and 

Wang Qian, Deputy Mayor of Chengdu 

and Secretary of the CPC Wenjiang 

District Committee, jointly witnessed 

that the two sides ushered in a new 

paradigm of integrating into the 

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater 

Bay Area and the Chengdu-Chongqing 

economic circle and realize new 

development across administrative 

and geographical locations.

为更好融入服务重大国家战略，加快建设现代化产业体系，推动经济高质量发展，3月10日，鱼凫望海·温江湾区创新服务中心在广州市南沙区正式揭牌。广州市委常委、南沙区委书记卢一先，成都市副市长、温江区委书记王乾共同见证两地开启融湾入圈新范式，实现跨越行政地理的新发展。

Wenjiang District is the main carrier of 

Chengdu's biomedical industry while 

Nansha District is the main position and 

new engine of Guangzhou's high-quality 

development. With obvious respective 

advantages and characteristics, both 

enjoy rare development opportunities. 

In May last year, Wenjiang and Nansha 

signed a strategic cooperation agreement. 

In the past year, the two places have had 

frequent and close interactions and 

extensive cooperation in foreign trade, 

scientific and technological innovation, 

talent introduction and training, 

financial services and other fields. The 

settlement of the center in Nansha is 

not only a small step in deepening 

cooperation between the two sides, 

but also a big step in Wenjiang's 

innovation economic work organization. 

With the help of Nansha as the outpost, 

Wenjiang, located in the inland, will 

pursue its dream and go global based 

on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao 

Greater Bay Area, and help Chengdu 

move faster to build a new highland 

of inland reform and opening up.

温江、南沙分别是成都生物医药产业主要承载地、广州高质量发展的主阵地和新引擎，各自优势和特色明显，都面临难得的发展机遇。去年5月，温江与南沙签署战略合作协议互加“好友”。近一年来，两地互动频繁来往密切，在对外贸易、科技创新、人才引育、金融服务等领域广泛合作。“鱼凫望海”落子南沙，既是双方深化合作的一小步，也是温江创新经济工作组织方式的一大步。出门靠“朋友”，地处内陆的温江以南沙为“前哨”，借着“南”风扬帆出海，逐梦粤港澳大湾区，助力成都加快构筑内陆改革开放新高地。

The unveiling ceremony began with 

the face-changing performance of 

Sichuan Opera, a representative of 

Bashu Culture, and ended with the 

waking lion dance of Lingnan Culture. 

In the presence of the guests, an 

economic enclave of Wenjiang facing 

the Greater Bay Area unveiled its 

mystery. At the ceremony, the two 

districts signed a number of 

cooperation agreements with each 

other or third-party organizations 

in the fields of talent, commerce, 

science and technology. As the first 

event after the launch of the center, 

the "Bay Area Connects Two Cities" 

Young College Students Innovation 

and Entrepreneurship Competition 

kicked off at the Yufu Reception 

Room on the same day.

The 15th Party Congress of Wenjiang 

District proposed to "take opening-up 

as an important engine for future 

development" and seek deeper win-

win cooperation at a higher level and 

a wider scope. To this end, Wenjiang 

District has implemented this cross-

regional property purchase action. In 

this way, it has taken the lead in 

building the Yufu Gazing Far at Sea · 

Wenjiang Innovation Service Center 

in Nansha, which integrates urban 

visitor reception, investment and 

talent attraction, innovation and 

entrepreneurship incubation, 

cultural exchange and other 

functions, to explore new ways of 

organizing regional economic work. 

Liu Lu, Professor and Doctoral 

Supervisor at the School of Economics 

of Southwest University of Finance 

and Economics, said, "The cooperation 

between Wenjiang, Chengdu and 

Nansha, Guangzhou is quite different 

from the traditional regional 

cooperation. Focusing more on the 

win-win co-operation of competitive 

industries, it is a new way to explore 

regional innovation and development, 

and plays a very positive role in 

promoting scientific research and 

development, production logistics, 

market expansion and other aspects."

据了解，温江区第十五次党代会提出“把开放作为未来发展的重要引擎”，在更高能级、更广范围、更深层次谋求合作共赢。为此，温江区实施了此次跨区域购置物业行动，率先在南沙打造集城市会客、招商引智、双创孵化、文化交流等功能为一体的鱼凫望海·温江湾区创新服务中心，探索区域经济工作新的组织方式。西南财经大学经济学院教授、博士生导师刘璐表示，“本次成都温江和广州南沙的合作与传统的区域合作有较大不同，更侧重于优势产业的强强联手，是探索区域创新发展的新路子，对于促进科学研发、生产物流、市场拓展等方面都有着非常积极的作用。”

from Wenjiang District said that 

Wenjiang will continue to deepen 

and expand all-round cooperation 

with Nansha, jointly build the first 

demonstration base for innovation 

and collaboration in integrating into 

the Greater Bay Area and the 

economic circle, create a growth 

point of mutual aid and linking up 

the inland and coastal development, 

build a new paradigm of cooperation 

between coastal and inland cities and 

between eastern and western cities, 

and usher in a new stage of regional 

coordinated development with mutual 

reinforcement.

“身处成渝地区双城经济圈的温江与身处粤港澳大湾区的南沙结成战略合作伙伴开展跨区域合作，是主动融入服务重大国家战略的担当表达。”温江区相关负责人表示，温江将不断深化拓展与南沙的全方位合作，共建首个融湾入圈创新协同示范基地，打造双向互济、衔接陆海发展的生长点，构建沿海与内陆、东部城市与西部城市合作的新范式，“江海相联”彼此成就，开创区域协同发展新局面。
